Letter to my PS
I worte to my PS the following letter:
I'd like my breast to have natural fullness, with gentle sloping off the chest and a small amount of droop. However I read that moderate implants can look flat like pancakes and its more difficult to achieve cleavage as there is much less projection. So the question I have is which implant do you think should we use to achieve the above looking natural result where breast have natural fullness, with gentle sloping off the chest and a small amount of droop. I want to be able to create cleavage and still look slim.
Would you say HP or moderate profile will achieve the look I am after.
My BWD is 12 cm (left) and 11.5 cm (right)
If you think that HP are the best then Allergan will be best because of diameter:
TSF 265.  11 diameter  4.5 projection
OrÂ
TSF 295. 11.25 diameter. 4.6 projection
But if you think moderates are better, than would you say Nagor Impleo are better since they have more projection than allergan in relation to diameter:
Nagor moderate 270.  11.2 diameter  4.1 projection
Or
Nagor moderate 300. Â 11.6. Diameter 4.2 projectionÂ
Based on the above, would you say I should go with moderates or HP and which size and brand would you recommend?
He said that we can order Nagor moderate 300 and Allergan HP 295 and he'll choose during op but he would recommend moderates if I want a natural look.
Girls, what do you all think?

Re: Letter to my PS
If its cleavage you're wanting rather then forward projection then its the width of the implant that's going to give you that hun and not the projection.
Its the BWD you need to focus on lovely. As long as you have enough to fill the width of the breast that's what you're looking to achieve. If I remember rightly with you Blondie, your surgeon thought going slightly over with the mods was something he suggested wasn't it? So if he feels this will help achieve the cleavage you want but feels he's skilled enough to avoid the risks of going beyond the BWD then leave him to it lovely... If its cleavage you're after - forget projection. Xxx

Sort just read previous post. I'm having the anatomicals, the surgeon I have prefers them and has an excellent feedback, I think of your gonna have them you need someone who is confident about placing them and who practices using them regularly xx

Re: Letter to my PS
What profile you have is based on your breast width diameter... It's what will fit on your body ... The wider your bwd means you will need a wider implant hence the mods but you will still have projection so listen your surgeon, he had recommended those based on your body :)
You say you have a wide gap and bony chest... Your implant needs to fit you so it doesn't look like a ball in a sock I've seen it be described by cookie ..
We have many women here having mods and compared to those who have high you wouldn't guess :)

I think I'll ask him to take both profiles in and decide while op ..

Re: Letter to my PS
i have moderates and are happy with them...they look very natural, kinda as you describe what you want. They are softening now at 6 weeks post op but still a little firm, but i feel that with the side boob / fullness i have as opposed to the projection, when i went a nice cleavage they will push together nicely in a good bra in a few months :)
i am 5ft 8 size 10 My BWD is 13.5cm...i don't know if i was offered moderates because i have possibly a wide ish BWD, or because i asked for as natural as possible look?

Re: Letter to my PS
It will be because of your bwd Jodi... Imagine someone with a smaller chest and therefore a smaller bwd... They wouldn't be recommended moderate to achieve a natural look because it would be too wide therefore creating uni boob...so different profiles will create a natural look depending on the individual :) xx

Re: Letter to my PS
Anatomicals are better if you want a very natural look with sloping and a slight 'droop' as you've described x
