Hiya, recovery has been going ok and wounds are healing nicely but started getting a bit of pain in my scars. They look a bit red but the skin round them looks normal. Think it might just be the sports bra aggrivating them. Is there anything I can do to stop this? x

Hi Laura,

You could try cotton wool - some of the flat stuff - can't remember what it is called, or even panty liners just to soften the pressure of the bra on your scars....
