4 weeks post op - stitch like pain?

Hi ladies

so i am 4.5 weeks post op now...since friday i have been getting an uncomfortable stitch like pain under my right boob. its not there all the time, on and off through the day and tends to worse at night. When it is there is makes taking deep breaths hard

Any ideas what this could be? Nurofen tends to take the edge off it..

Its a nerve lovely. Probably worse if you have overdone things during the day and you'll still have swelling that will put pressure on it babe.

Be sure to realise you're still very much healing and although you may feel good, its easy to forget the insides of our boobs are still going on healing after having a major operation hun.

Just try and take things a little easier hun. We say here so much 'listen to your body' and this is your body telling you to not do so much sweetheart. Xx

Ok thanks Cookie. It's harder to take things easy when you feel almost back to normal isn't it, as opposed to when you are still sore...bit of a danger period really as you think you are fine...xx
