im 6 weeks post op and have recently started getting a pain in my right boob i cant pinpoint it but i think its either my rib or my scar thats hurting , i went braless for 1 night over the weekend as my ps said this would be okay aslong as i dont do it much as i am still supposed to be wearing my sports bra and binder for 3 more weeks. Is this normal to get pains as i havnt had any pain since the very beggining? XX

It could be the nerves knitting back together hun I had a pain in one of my boobs for a while it was nothing major just a bit irritating. If it gets worse or unbearable give your clinic a call x

I think it's quite normal hun, you could be having bits of discomfort and certainly nerve pain for a while yet. I still have some nerve pain in my left boob but my PS has said it's nothing to worry about. The nerves are knitting back together for up to a year!!!

But yes if your really concerned call your clinic - I'm sure they'll put your mind at ease...xx

Yes totally normal this early on, you can still get twinges and shooting pain up to a year post op. I wouldn't worry.
