Re: very scared now!
Aw hun the build up is scary and exciting, but you will be fine and the pain (if any) will be manageable with painkillers.
Re: very scared now!
Awwww don't worry hun, you're gonna be just fine! Focus on the end result and keep those beeeeaaaaaaautiful new pert boobies in your mind, this is a good thing and there's absolutely nothing to be afraid of. xxx
Re: very scared now!
I was the same before the BA. Completely freaked myself out. It wasn't so bad after all. I was actually surprised how easy it all was on the day. I was expecting so much worse. Don't be too worried. It will all be fine. A bit of excitement is normal though and part of the experience. Enjoy every step of it :)

Re: very scared now!
I know its scary hun but think of all the ladies that have done it and are saying its not that bad! You will be fine just make sure you stick to your surgeon's advice and take your painkillers regularly.
Good luck xx

Re: very scared now!
We all go through the scary stage hun, it's completely natural, I was really scared and nervous and everything else but you have nothing to worry about at all, just keep on top of your painkillers and lots of rest is key!
Enjoy this very exciting time hun, not long to go now! x x

Re: very scared now!
Don't be ashamed honey. It's a really hard thing to do and you're hardly in a low-stress situation right now. But it is a good idea to do it before your surgery. If you don't manage it now my best friend - a long-term smoker - used her local NHS Stop Smoking service and said they were amazing. Perhaps you could look into that?

Re: very scared now!
debbie i cut down to 5 roll ups i only had 1 week to prepare myself, and told him was nervous.my ps said oh roll ups there no where near as bad,he then said try your best its thats its better for you to cut down/stop but if its causing you stress to stop then thats only putting added pressure on your heart rate etc from working yourself up.
