1 week check up,erhhh!!! hate my PS.

Hi, girls had 1 week check up today had dreesings removed PS said i could start using bio oil straight away. my scars look very high up like u can see them when looking in the mirror. he said that my boobs will drop and u will not be able to see them then. I dont like shape at all. I cant wear any bra at all for 6 weeks not even sports bra. thats the way the PS does it in the clinic I got them done in, In Dublin.I think i would of been happier with overs. But he said he had to do unders as i hadnt got much tissue.I think when i pay my loan back for these boobs i will get them done again next year bigger and hopefully can get overs then. Im really not happy at all. have to get some photos up to show u all. You wouldnt even think had boobs done at all. Said to him what the girls were saying to me on the forum that they will drop and get bigger but he said thats not the case that what i have now is what i will have in the coming weeks and months, when getting them redone I wont be going back there.Am very sad and angry. Would love to win some money if i did id get them redone straight away .

Ah hun sorry to hear that you are not happy with your new boobies and that you don't seem to be getting much support from your PS either...

It is strange that you have been told not to wear any bra for 6 weeks, I think the majority are told to wear a sports bra for at least 6 weeks, but also know that everyone gets different advice from their surgeon for their individual needs.

Lots of girls don't like their boobies when they first have them done, but they do go through lots of changes and you are still very early days.

Have seen pics of changes as far along as 6 or 8 months !

Seriously hun they will change a lot over the next few months! Unders take time for the muscle to relax and the implant to create definition making them look and bit 'flat' at first mine looked quite small up until about 2wks then i thought they were too big, now they are just right. Fluffing (getting bigger even after they have settled) does exist!

What size implants did you get and what size boobies were you hoping for?

It's difficult to say without seeing them as it will depend on where they are and how high up your boobies are still sitting.

i had nipple incision so im not sure about the scar thing from experience but i have read that a lot of girls scar sit on the boobs until they drop, hten sit perfectly in the creases.. i'm sure some of those girls will be along shortly to reassure you!

your surgeon sounds a bit abrupt , I thin Every girl on here will tell you what you have now is no way what you will end up with !!! I didnt believe it myself but its so true once your mucles re;ax and they drop into there pocket you will have lovely boobs Im sure xxxxxxxxxxxx

they do change alot and get bigger and fluff your surgeon sounds like a ase cause my surgeon told me mine will fluff and get bigger and they did

Hmmm the whole bit sounds very strange to me. You had unders and will drop when the muscle relaxes. It always happens, end of story. Obviously I'm no doctor, but I think everyone here can guarantee your boobs will look totally different a year from now. There is no possible way your boobs could look exactly the same a week post-op for the rest of your life haha. As far as them looking like you haven't had them done at all or looking flat, thats totally normal and expected with unders. You should definitely check out the healing stage progression video that's stickied.

I can only echo what has already been said hunny - your boobs WILL change. 1 week post op is far too early to be making any decisions about your new assets babe, give it some time and you honestly will see the changes. Make sure you do go to all of your post-op appointments too sweetheart, I know you're upset with your surgeon right now, but these appointments are important to check your progress and to give you an apportunity to air your concerns. xxxx

Can't add much more than what the girls have already said hun. You are really early on and you do have so many changes to go through.

Hope this help you a little..... i had 335cc under nearly 3 weeks ago and i honestly feel mine done stick out too much either, atm i just look a bit like i have a padded bra on, but i believe the ladies on here are totally right and they will change loads once they settle,
Asfar as you breasts will look the same as they do now, thats complete rubbish because 1 week post op you will still have lots of swelling, mine have changes a fair bit since i had mine done.

I agree with the other girls though, your PS sounds like a idiot to me. They will drop and fluff as you had unders and although I have no experience of unders myself, I have heard off lots of girls who say that they do change ALOT. xx

Just to agree with what the others have said, unders change soooo much, they start out quite flat almost like pec implants, but over time they'll ease up and soften and drop and hopefully be the boobies you always wanted. xx

I agree with cookie he does contradict himself. Maybe he didn't want to promise that they will get bigger. But the scars do move down as they drop. You may find this video of how unders heal useful. I think it's the 6th video down [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
You are very early days and the muscle will be holding the implant down, it takes muscle 6 weeks to heal from a trauma, so it could be up to 6 weeks or more before you notice the changes. I had overs myself and they changed so much over the weeks and months and overs are supposed to change less than unders. Try not to worry at this early stage.

1 week PO is very early days hun, you will definately go through changes and the boobies you have now will most probably not be the boobies you end up with. It does take time and I know girls have seen changes take place as late as 8 months!

I'm sorry you have not had the support of your ps hun but don't worry i'm sure you will be happy with the end result. I would also suggest taking some pictures every week if you can, it really helps me see all the changes boobies are going through.

Have you thought of asking the forum surgeon on here about wearing no bra at all? Just to get another surgeon's opinion on that? Seems to be in such opposition to what most surgeons say it might be useful to ask James McD why it might be?

How awful you are so unhappy you are thinking about another op so early!! And what a horrible surgeon too!!! From experience on the forum, unders do change alot from when you first have them and he should know this being an experienced surgeon too!!

Try to be a little more positive and not focus on what you have now, things will improve for you and you never know, you may end up having a visit from fluffing fairy and end up loving what you have.
