i dnt think you can get one that you just take once a day...as its a homeopathic remedy you take it lots of times over the course of the day to keep it in your system

i took it for 3days before surgery and then for 7days after...dnt take any on the actual day tho...and i only had a tiny tiny bit of yellow bruising. it really is good stuff!!
