360 cc unders,

I'm so sad... feeling like crying.
These are the implants size I will be getting now. Instead of the 390 originally planned. 390 are too big in relation to my BW dimension and in the long term might lead to double bubble. Now I've been given the choice to take the risk and go with it or just compromise and go for the 360.

Wished I had known this before booking my surgery date. Still don't know why I wasn't told this before.
My surgeon assured me they still look great and it's only a fee grams difference. I know he's doing it for my best interest but I'm so disappointed. I looked on the internet for pictures and though it depends on the individuals, some 360 look big enough, other medium other not big enough. And on flat chested patients (like myself), not as full as I'd like.

Not even feeling excited about my surgery anymore. It's in 2 weeks but I'm really close to cancel it because I gotta a feeling I'm gonna hate my new boobs for sure. Especially if I don't get that full C or D cup!

Sorry for my rant. I'm just gutted.

i think roxy on here had that size and ended up a g cup and looks like a dd she to was flat chested i know its awful when u want them like u have it in your head my friend was flat chested and was told she could go not bigger than 300 but in the end he got in 380 and they look fine no double bubble just argumented look she had unders to

I dunno hun but I'm getting 350cc and my surgeon says they'll take me to at least a full C. I'm 5'6", 118 lbs, and a 32aa. I would think you'd achieve at least a full C with 360's :) Don't worry! I'm sure they'll look fantastic.

Regarding your friend, did she have the 380 placed in during the surgery? How did she convince her surgeon to change his mind? Was it some sort of compromise?

Problem is I really don't want to have surgery twice if complication arise. So if I can convince my surgeon and take the risk, and hope for the best then I'll be happy.

That's all I hope for. I know I might look too big on top with D cup especially for my frame but as long I got a nice cleavage and I'm full, I'll be happy.

yeah she begged the surgeon and said she would cancel if he didnt and go eslewheir she was as flat as a pancake he said it wouldnt look right as shes a size 6 and had no boobs but they look fine and shes had no probs i really dont wanna give u the wrong advice and im no surgeon but i cant see how a tiny bit more will hurt if thats all u want

I don't even know if I can still cancel the surgery as I paid every thing already. Don't know if MB will let me do that. But will see how I feel about this all situation in the next few days.

I just wanna be happy. I'm paying so much money for this and I want a good result, be totally satisfied and not have boobie greed and have another surgery within a year just because my boobs are not the size I want. I've read most girls regret not going bigger. And I'm having unders so, I'm very perplexed right now.

Oh by the way, Natalia, I forgot to ask. How long has your friend had her surgery?

What profile are you having?
I reckon you would get MUCH more from 390 than a D!! And the MyBreast surgeons are supposed to be very experienced too so he wouldn't I don't think say this without just cause.
It also depends on what 'look' you are after achieving. Natural or slightly fake? As if the surgeon has worries, it may be that the 390's wouldn't give you d.b but they could give you a bit of a stuck on look.
Have you looked at the Nagor catalogue? Seen the size diff between the two? I bet it's not as much as you imagine. For example there is only 1cm width diff between my smallest and largest size and I (from memory) think there is about 3mm diff in projection and there is a 110cc diff between those two sizes.

BUT all said, you want to be happy!! I am not sure about the cancellation policy but I know you can see another surgeon if you want therog MyBreast. Maybe worth doing that to lay all your doubts to rest before the big day - you want to enjoy it all, and only be worried about the normal things not the size!!

I think 360's would get you to your D and could be a better choice overall though, but that is just my opinion. I would definatley have a look at the Nagor cat though it really helps.

I'm having high profile and but I really wanna look natural too. I had a look at the Nagor catalogue. In the high impleo range profile category, 360 is before 390, so there is no 370 or 380. It's only about 15 g difference between the 2 so maybe I won't lose much.

Today I feel much better than last night and your post is quite reassuring.

just rem your surgeon is the professional.safety first!

i wasnt allowed more than 295, so imagine how i feel.

at end of day, do you really want to have a re op for double bubble few months down the line??? xx

ive been recommended 360s for a DD cup, so i dont think youd have a problem getting more than a C with them.

I am pretty certain you will be happy with the outcome hun, just remember your surgeon def knows best.. fluffy has fab boobs with a much smaller implant than you ,and if your surgeon has made recommendation due to your breast/width he does know best.. tbh, I can't see with Nagor of that size you won't make a D cup, more like E or F !

I had the nagor gfx low profile in only 240 and am D/DD now 8 months on...

try not to panic and get upset about it, its a lovely journey and most important is you trust your surgeon

I was a 34A/32B before BA.although i never had unders i did have 360 overs. I now measure a 30 or 32 F!!! You will def get more than a C cup hun xx

Don't worry babe I think you'll be a D with those, if you go for the bigger ones you may end up looking really fake, what would you rather?
They will look amazing - I promise!!
I still can't decide either and I don't even get to see my surgeon and decide on size until the day ! one thing I know for sure though is that I'd rather be too small than too big.

I think you run more of a risk with a high prof implant if it is at the top of or above what your body can take forr it to look fake. They are less wide but (obviously) project more and I would think the Victoria Beckham look would be easier to achieve with this prof implant than a mod or a low prof.
You, I would guess are having a high prof because you're slim? The high profs allow you to have a bigger 'look' for the implant's cc volume. You would have to maybe have a 250cc implant in the mod range and even lower in the lows, because the WIDTH of the 300cc+ in the lows or mods would be too wide for you.
I am a diff case to you, I am having extra high projection anatomicals to restore projection and take up loose skin, yum!! If I were to have a 460 low profile then apparenly for me they would look like pancakes.
If you, as you say want the natural look then I really would trust your p.s. If you don't mind them looking a bit 'done' then maybe push for a bigger size.

Hun, you really don't want to risk the complications for 30g more implant. Your surgeon does this day in day out and so I'd say again as the other girls have been saying to trust his judgement.

I started out wanting a 365g implant and have now gone down to a 330g which my surgeon says is the top end of what I can have to look natural. My BWD is 12.1cm and I'm a 32A. I know girls that started off a 32A too and have 410cc/450cc even in the 500's but they will always have different dimensions to you.

You'll love your boobs hun, I mean from no boobs to a whole load of boobs? You're bound to! Plus you'll definitely be more than a C cup, no doubt about it.

Enjoy the experience hun, don't focus too much on the size, especially when there's such a small difference

I had 340cc unders and my sports bras are 32E and I'm getting measured tomorrow!! I'm sure you will achieve a D up or more, don't lose sight of why your having a BA! For me it wasn't about wanting to have huge boobs, I just wanted what I had lost after becoming a mom. Boobies are just one part of you and for me I prefer for people to comment of my figure/hair/eyes etc than wow you have huge boobs

Hi hun, when I had my consults I was offered 340-380cc (high profile) to take me to aprox D cup I had the 410 as I changed my mind and wanted a DD. So I would think the 360 will take you to a D

I can understand how you feel hun, when you want a particular look and size and then it changes it can throw you off. The best advice I would give is listen to your ps hun, they are the experts and definately know what they're talking about. I was told the highest I would probably end up with would be the 300cc as this in line with my BWD would be the one that would fit and no bigger. I was hoping I would end up a DD, I'm actually measuring a FF!!
