Partial unders vs full unders
Hi girls,
Im going for an implant on small side 240cc to 260cc. I have advised of partial unders. But im quite small 32a - so having the implant over the muscle on bottom part wouldnt there be a risk to that?
Is it safer to go for unders?
Thanks

Hi hun, I think most girls who have 'unders' are usually referring to partial unders or 'dual plane'. Full unders are more often used in reconstructive surgery. The implants you are going for are a fairly modest size so you should be absolutely fine with partials. I would go with what you have been advised by your surgeon.
Good luck! xx

If you have been advised partial unders then it's best to go with what your surgeon says. I think most people who have unders have partial unders as fully under the muscle is quite rare I think. There is a risk with all surgery though, whether over the muscle, partially under or fully under, it's just a risk we have to take to get boobs! x

No problem hun, have a read of this [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] it tells you about the different types of placements, might clarify things a bit for you. I had partials and yes I can feel the implant along the bottom edge but it is not visible and you would only be able to feel its if it's pointed out.
