Hi lovely ladies,

Just curious...now you all know I am quite bummed about how small I look. It is weird..I know they say you lose about 10% but i remember quite clearly how big a 340cc implant was in my consult. I remember how it exactly looks!!! So when I look at my boobs from the side there is NO way that size implant is in there. Anyways...so my question is after 7 weeks PO (which I am tomorrow) is the muscle still really holding them back? My left looks completely "fluffed" is that possible so soon when I remember the implant being bigger? It just doesnt add up to what I was pre ba plus the implant. Something is missing in there!!

Thanks xx Unders 571992

It's very possible to fluff later down the road Elizabeth, however if you're very unhappy with your size at this stage I would suggest you speak with your surgeon and express your concerns with a view to him considering a larger implant after a specified period of time if you're still unhappy hunni. xxx

when does fluffing happen cookie? does everybody always fluff and how do you know if its happened? i dont want to get any bigger, am happy as they are just now. I am 5 months post op and they are soft so does that mean they have fluffed? they haven't got any bigger since op but just dropped and softened.

Not everyone does fluff past the intial stage where the muscle and skin relaxes Sandra and at 5 months post-op I should imagine that what you have is likely to be your resulting size, however in saying that we do have ladies here who fluffed (went up another cup size) later in their recovery.

Take a look at the diagram in this thread [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] babe, I found it the best thing on the web to explain the fluffing process, give the thread a minute to load though as the pic takes a little while to appear.

This is my worry with having to have unders. I dont want unders but i dont have a choice. I seen how the 380cc and the 420cc implant looked and loved both of them so i do worry that being under the muscle i wotn like the same. I really do hope you get the result you want once a little more time has passed. xx
