Every one heals at  a different rate, I can't quite remember at what point in my healing where I was less aware of my having implants. Once the muscle relaxes & skin stretches to accommodate the implants you suddenly notice one day they feel apart of you!  X

it can take a long long time for this to happen I had to have a reop to disect mine muscles and release them but that was WELL after the "normal" recovery period xx

You've had a big op, it's going to be sore for a while! But it will fade eventually, just like any other muscle strain. It'll just take a bit longer than normal as it has to accommodate the implant now.

Allow yourself some time to heal. I had partials and I remember months later when everything had settled going to the gym doing light weights & it felt horrible! Really tight as if it was ripping inside  sick Think its different for everyone, on the plus side it was a perfect excuse for me not to go to the gym lol  dance
