i keep getting a warning page
I keep getting a warning page come up every now and again on this site. I cant seem to copy and paste it, but basically it says that this website contains elements from the site smokefreequitmeter.com which appears to host malware - software that can hurt your computer or otherwise operate without your consent. just visiting a site that contains malware can infect your computer.
Does anybody know anything about it.
Im wondering if its someones ticker or something?

Re: i keep getting a warning page
Is the warning page coming from your internet security Abbie? which one do you use? Is it possible to switch off pop-ups and just have your security alert you to direct threats?
I'll alert nads and Roxy to your ongoing problem hun. xxx

I've just swapped to google chrome and get a weird warning page saying that this site could pose a threat to my computer. I've just been ignoring it.!

Re: i keep getting a warning page
I've had the same thing. I think it's because one of the girls had the smoking ticker on their signature before their op.
I have google chrome too if that's anything to do with it.

Re: i keep getting a warning page
So the problem does seem to be specifically with google chrome, that would explain why we all arent experiencing this problem. I'm using Firefox.
Is there any way to add BJSF as a 'trusted site' to google chrome?

Re: i keep getting a warning page
Hmmmm... You're being given a diagnostic page for that site and not BJSF. The problem isn't with BJSF at all, although google chrome is picking up this third party through here from someones ticker obviously - but with 1,563 members it's going to be difficult to locate who has the ticker, if at all possible! I've just gone through 17 smoking threads trying to locate who may have it and can't see one ticker from the site mentioned
My son is with me atm but busy just now, he's a computer geek LOL I'll ask him if he has any ideas for you hunni, but in the meantime if it's causing you so many problems and ruining your enjoyment is it all possible for you to open BJSF up in another browser, your IE maybe? or maybe possible using another? I use Firefox and have no problems at all with that. xxx
