I started sleeping braless at around 8 weeks hun and im loving it!! I know alot of girls prefer to wear sports bras to bed long after their surgeons say its ok to go braless but i feel much more comfortable. I would say ask your ps but im sure after 6 weeks it should be fine, you're gonna love it! lol xxx

Oh forgot tanning, i havent been on any sunbeds yet but Roxy went back on at about 6 weeks po i think, just make sure you cover up scars really well or they'll stay pink, i would double check with ps too xxx

Hi babe!
I'm not completely sure about the bra, but my nurse told me today I could sleep without it while my little naughty scar healed up... she didn't want my bra rubbing on it more than necessary.
As far as the sunbeds are concerned, I'm pretty sure you'll be absolutely fine to go on them... as long as you cover up you scars!!!. Put some micropore or plasters or something over your scars, otherwise they'll go really dark; and of course as they're still so new, you'll need to protect them.

Re: yes me again with more questions hee hee!!!!
I was told 6wks day and night for my sports bra too.
As for sunbeds, after my last BA (not my resent re-op) i had to cover the whole of my boobs for quite some time or they burnt. I don't know if this is because the skin has been stretched ad it's the same for everyone or if it was just a paculiarity to me but even 6/7mths down the line i still had to cover them over for part of my session. Still it made me feel much better to have a bit of colour everywhere else even if my boobs were a bit on the pale side

Hi Hunni
I didn't have to wear a bra at all, just this funny strap thing, so that's all I wore in bed.
