Hello girls

Ok so i thought that it was just post op I would have questions but actually i think i have even more now that i supposedly have some boobs under all this strapping!

Ok so firstly just wondering how long you had the strapping on for - mine is white selotape all over (up to my neck) and just shows my nipples poking out! Im struggling to find any clothes to cover it as its so high?

secondly, i can hear a gurgling/friction noise coming from my boobs if i bend or stretch etc. Is this normal and does it last forever? I assume you just get used to it?

lastly, Im paranoid that im going to do my boobs damage by doing even simple tasks? Im not in any pain with them so physically dont feel restricted (3 days post op) although they do feel tight and sore. I slept on m back last night but but wasnt really propped very high up (just on v cusion)

hope this make sense. xx

The strapping generally will be on for 1 to 2 weeks hun, depending on your surgeon.

I didn't have any taped strapping, but I did have to wear a compression bandage for a week, it hurt like heck and I couldn't wait to get it off! But I persevered to get the best from my new boobs. Flash

This is just fluid build-up or air bubbles in the implant pocket, they do disperse on their own and aren't anything to worry about hun.

You're doing fine hun, you don't need to sat bolt upright, just ensure your head and shoulders are raised as they would be using the V pillow.

You can start to do general stuff around the house if you feel up to it, just don't over-do things or do any lifting. It's just all about common sense really, you've just had an operation and are still recovering, although it's important to keep moving throughout the day, it's also just as important to get lots of rest too hunni.

Hope that helps. xxx

I dont know with the strapping as I didn't have that either. But the gurgly/bubbly or even farty boobs yes it's normal and don't worryit goes away quite quickly, so you wont have time to get used to it. As cookie says you dont need to be bolt upright just propped up so you are ok. I'm sure you wont do yourself any damage, just ease yourself back into things bit by bit.
