Re: May Buddies!
Not sure, I've heard some don't?? will soon find out I guess! I leave for Belgium tomorrow morning at 10.30 then op on Tuesday at 4pm then back home Wednesday!!!
I'm sorta numb, excited ish....still terrified I'm doing the wrong thing and that they'll look crap! obviously I'm apprehensive about going abroad but it's only a train trip after all and I've researched my surgeon very thoroughly and am totally confident in him.
I do realise aftercare is tricky as I will have to return to Belgium (not for check up that's in London) so I have to just pray it all goes smoothly. I have found a surgeon locally who is happy to do aftercare (for a large fee of course) so if I have any worries I can always go to him for advice.
Sorry for the ramble girls but actually managed to get 5 mins away from my 2 terrible toddlers

Re: May Buddies!
chez remember not to take the Diclofenac until you have eaten, i'm on it at the mo and they won't give it to me until after food! i'm also on paracetamol and codine.
bumble lady morning boob is when you wake up with two bolders that are rock hard and very heavy, doesn't last long but just not very nice until it wears off.
chez you'll be fine, i had all the same thoughts running through my head, you wouldn't of come this far if you didn't want it done, it's just last minute nerves xxx

Re: May Buddies!
Hello to all of you due to have your op this month. I would just like to say I had mine done on 1st May and am presently suprised with how well it has gone. I was like most of you very nervous before but on the day of surgery I was very relaxed.
It has now been 2 days since the op and have not had much pain at all, its more uncomfortable when you are getting up from sitting position but I am moving around fairly pain free.
I wish all of you the best of luck and hope that you are as happy with your results as I am, I know they wont look natural for a while yet but even so I have boobs now...... yeah

Re: May Buddies!
I had overs, as the surgeon said it would be a more natural look which is what I wanted.
Will keep updated on progress this week but 2 days after op and no pain killers required, cant be bad lol

Re: May Buddies!
Welcome bikergirl, glad you are relatively pain free and are happy with your results.
Bumblelady - yeh it is a worrying time, I am starting to panic as well, I seem to go through stages of being scared and then relaxed about the whole thing! I haven't had any nightmares though. I don't like needles either but I'm sure we will be fine, fingers crossed!

Re: May Buddies!
Hi girls, well I'm sitting in hotel the night before my op and I can feel the nerves really kicking in now, so many things have gone wrong on the journey that I'm worried I'm jinxed! Hope not!! Will try to get online tomorrow, although hotel wifi is seriously dodgy!! Fingers crossed all goes well!

Re: May Buddies!
oh bless you. Just think about what you are getting out of the op and how you will feel afterwards....... I had never even had a blood test let alone been under general so I can understand where you are coming from, but it is not as bad as you may think. I would do it all again tomorrow ifI had to.
