Re: garlic puree
i started to get really paranoid about what i was eating leading up to the op too- and i don't have medical issues like you do! Try not to worry hun, I have never heard of anyone dying from eating a ginsters pasty a week before an op! Just be careful for the next few days and try to eat natural home cook food then you know what has gone into it. xxx

Hiya hun I've heard in the odd post that some people were told to avoid certain foods but I wasn't told NOT to eat anything....and I was completely fine babe! So try not to worry.

Re: garlic puree
I was told not to eat garlic for 2 days before my op as it's a blood thinner. Don't worry, just watch what you eat from now on lol

Awwww MP you will be fine hun, I haven't been told NOT to eat anything eirther, although I read a post which said not to eat certain foods a few days before the op.
It probably had such a small amount so you will be absolutely fine, i'm so paraniod about everything at the moment too, keep checking ingredients for everything! x x
