When can I eat garlic again?
I'm a complete garlicoholic, I love it with everything. But can't eat it for 2 days before my op. But just wanted to know when I can eat it again. I already miss it
Re: When can I eat garlic again?
I was never told this garlic thing, i know alot of girls are as its a natural blood thinner, but i think you would have to eat an awful lot for any effect. That said i would follow your clinic's advice hun x

Re: When can I eat garlic again?
I stopped eating it 2 weeks before and a week after to be on the safe side.
I missed it too. Didn't realise how much of the stuff I ate until I couldn't !!

Re: When can I eat garlic again?
i was never told about the garlic thing and for the week before my op was in Spain eating tons of it in every meal!!!! paniced on day of my op becuase other girl in the day case room told me she had been told not to eat it but when i told the surgeon and others while i was on the table about to be put under they laughed at me, said it wasn 't a problem and that they only tell you not to eat it so you don't smell!! haha. think that bit was ajoke, but seriously they were not at all worried and didn't say anything about not eating it afterwards either. I had it in meals from about 2nd day post op. don't think its a big deal .x.
