A few Questions....
Hi, 17days post-op now and was wondering when I can start doing sit ups and yoga on wii fit? Haven't done them in a while but look like I need to start. Am going to get treadmill in house and do some walking too. You'd think with getting bigger boobs it would make me look thinner Also i have noticed if I take a drink of cold water, it's like it's being thrown down the back of my boobs it's soooo weird but quite funny, and my nipples hurt I thought they would still be numb. You'd think once I had them done the questions would stop Sorry!!

Re: A few Questions....
Don't worry hun, there are lots of changes to go through and the questions never stop at the operation date. Your still a bit early to be doing exercise, but walking should fine. Some people get sensitive nips some get numb. I'm not sure which is worse. I had numb and worried they would be numb forever or even fall off lol.

Re: A few Questions....
I started back on the wii at 5 weeks, only doing really simple stuff though like the step class, some of the muscle and yoga ones also, just building it up again gradually. I hated sitting around doing nothing but made myself wait a few weeks x

Re: A few Questions....
I was told no excise at all for 2/3 weeks so I wouldnt do sit ups yet. Lower body work eg bike fine though after this time aslong as you dont work your arms/chest area. Maybe just go for walks for the time being. xx

Re: A few Questions....
take your time Lis, we all get bit 'porky' after ba!!
my nipples were sore as hell for about 10 weeks!!
like girls said above lower body exercises as long as core stability isn't required too much, don't risk new boobs its not worth it, I am just over 3 months and can sometimes still feel aliens in upper body work!! xx
