I'd suggest you buy Asdas sports bras in all the sizes suggested, then you can take back what you don't use and also buy a better quality sports bra once you know what size to buy when you get home... The Marks and Spencers front fastening one is good, lots of girls recommend that one, it's £18 though which is alot to splash out on if you need to take quite a few sizes, so just go with the asda ones which are fine hun and get a better one later....

Thanks for the reply cookie

yeah ive looked at the asda ones at the branch near me but never seem to have the sizes i want in stock which sports bra Icon_pale im finding in most places its difficult to get 32 band sizes in most stores, even went to tescos aswell, hence the reason ive been trawling the net, maybe i should look on the asda website see if the sizes would be available on there.

cheers

My surgeon has only told me to get one size...I'm gonna get a few others just in case. I've bought shock absorber bras which are pricey, so I think I'll try asda and just get a few different sizes from there. At least I can return the others if they are too small.

I think these surgeons think we're made of money! which sports bra 557141

I had a Z bra it was good for the heavy days when mine felt like they were going to fall off, but I also wore the asda ones and found them very good. I will warn you that your normal band size might be tight and uncomfortable for a few days maybe weeks due to swelling so maybe get a bra extender or a 34 band. I had 410cc and had a 34D & DD & E which I lived in. Also had a 36D for when I was really swollen (I'm a 32 band normally).

Gosh I am going to do some serious bra shopping.

Misf1 do you think I should go up band size as well as cup size.

Sorry if I sound a bit dumb.

I started as a 34a and had 325s aiming to be a d cup.

I went up a band size and cup size for the first week post op to a 36dd, then have been in 34d since.

I have a z-bra but much prefer the m+s front fastening ones, should have listened to my ps who recommended the m+s ones in the first place.

alfie hi hun, if you go up a band size you need to go down a cup size. So if you are or have been advised to get a 34DD if you go up a band size you need a 36D. I went mad on sports bras from asda. Bought loads.
