Re: Sports bra help again!!
I am wearing the ones from marks and spencers that come in a pack of two white and black they were 25 pound for the two and i love mine. Im going to pop into there in the week and grab a zip up one aswell when my swelling starts to go down. xxx

Re: Sports bra help again!!
Maybe look for a 'medium to low' impact bra of your surgeon has suggested light support babe.. Or you could possibly opt for the cheaper Asda bra which have light support. X
Re: Sports bra help again!!
I've been sending people out left right & centre to get me different bras but none are fitting or are too much pressure :( think I'll have to brave it and go into town tomorrow and try some on x

Re: Sports bra help again!!
Hi Newboobz, I had this problem as well with not managing to find something that fits. I must have about 10 now in different sizes! I managed to get quite a good sports bra from Debenhams and I got a 36 back (instead of a 32 back that the nurse had suggested).
I also got some light sports bras from Sports Direct, Lonsdale ones, although I didn't find them very supportive but this might fit what your PS has recommended I guess and they were really cheap (2 for £12), xx

Re: Sports bra help again!!
I went Tesco today they didn't have a very good choice if sizes also my noobs are in such a weird position ATM really far apart and high so they don't fit into regular cups :/ got a 36c but it was the best of a bad bunch tbh doesn't feel supportive at all or fit properly but will have to do until I get the energy to go M&S

Re: Sports bra help again!!
Why don't u open a very account, u can have things delivered for free to a collect plus store which are in spa shops and stuff like that and u can return them free there too. They have a good selection too and u can just order a few sizes and send them back xx

Re: Sports bra help again!!
hey hun, i bought a 36d from m&s and it was too small and a 34d is too small in the back (mega swollen!) even this 36c ive got on now i had to put the bra extender on after like half an hour cos it was proper cutting into me :( it seems to fit okay for now, and then when the swelling goes down & i feel more up to it i'm gona go back into town and find a decent one

Re: Sports bra help again!!
just when you said above that a 36c was the best of a bad bunch i thought a bigger cup size may help. whats your normal band size xx

Re: Sports bra help again!!
yeh tbh they didn't have many sizes so far ive tried 36d, 36dd, 34d and 34dd all to no avail but each bra has been a different brand/style so that probably doesn't help lol if they was all the same bra i'm sure one of the sizes would have fit properly. i'm normally a 34 xx
