Asda sportsbra are fine for the comfort and do give enough support for sitting around the house, however, if you're doing anything that's gonna cause any bounce to your boobs, then they're really not supportive enough for that and you'll need to buy a 'high impact' sports bra.

I used M&S's zip front ones, but they no longer sell those... you should be able to find one in a sports shop for around £15 - £20 though.

I know that may seem like a lot, but you'd only need the one, then after your walk, you could just bung it on a quick wash ready for the next day.

It's worth it to protect them boobies hun. xx

A more supportive bra will certainly help keep it stable and give it time to adhere to the pocket hun, definately worth investing in hunni. xx
