what sports bra???
hi girls, what sports bra did u buy for after ur BA? i got those £4 asda ones, on ly thing is...im worried its not really supportive enough for walking around, cos i walk quite a lot each day. what do u think? what did you all buy?? i cant afford to buy something like a shock absorber until i know what size i am going to settle at as they r so expensive!! cheers girls x

Asda sportsbra are fine for the comfort and do give enough support for sitting around the house, however, if you're doing anything that's gonna cause any bounce to your boobs, then they're really not supportive enough for that and you'll need to buy a 'high impact' sports bra.
I used M&S's zip front ones, but they no longer sell those... you should be able to find one in a sports shop for around £15 - £20 though.
I know that may seem like a lot, but you'd only need the one, then after your walk, you could just bung it on a quick wash ready for the next day.
It's worth it to protect them boobies hun. xx

yh your right cookie, i no where ive seen some zip front ones, in sports world, and they look quite good. will go today before work!! these ones just arent supportive for walking, and i do loads of it!! thats prob why my right implant keeps moving around!!

Hey jen86!i was in debenhams yesterday,and picked up a shock absorber high impact bra for £11.10 in the sale.not the nicest looking thing,but it does the job!it was a white one.the website might have it too?x

A more supportive bra will certainly help keep it stable and give it time to adhere to the pocket hun, definately worth investing in hunni. xx

I need to get one that will not allow me to move at all as I have a big dog show 2 weeks after my op and have to run round a ring lol so need extra extra support lmao any suggestions? x

yh, shock absorber impact level 4!!! its amazing, its black, with white trim, looks like a crop top...let me get u the link..i had this bra before, its amazing...my sis has it and shes an e cup...amazing!! hang on chick ...xx

Wicked !! I know I not had them done yet (13 dats yikes !!) But worried the show may do harm but I cant miss it either :( lol I will get one as soon as Im told what size to get x x x x ty xxxx
