Sports Bra

Sports Bra Empty Sports Bra

I am 6 days post op today and put on a new sports bra (size M) that feels really tight - is this good or bad??? I dont understand why we have to support the breasts so much post op when all we really want is for them to drop - by wearing tight bra am I stopping implants dropping???? So confused????

My doctor wanted the band a little snug on my sports bra to.The nurse said it helps to support the breast as it heals and takes some of the pressure off the incisions while the capsule forms around the implant during the first 6 weeks.
