Confirmation and telling people.
Hey all,
Well i have just had confirmation of my surgery through the post! It all seems real now, can't wait. (I will have new boobs in 6wks, yey!!!)
I have also Just sent a mass e-mail to 5 of my good friends to tell them i was going to have a boob Job. Its easier than to tell them face to face! So far i have had 2 replys - (only sent it a few hours ago) and both were really positive. So i am feeling a bit relieved, yet anxious to see what the rest of them say. I actually got really shy and flushed when i read the replys , i was really nervous.

Ahh hun, it does get easier to tell people, i was abit shy about it at first but now everyone knows and it doesnt bother me at all. Even the crude remarks i get from men dont bother me, i just laugh it off, with the reply being 'yeh you wish' lol.

Re: Confirmation and telling people.
Lol I had no problem telling my girlfriends, I knew they would be supportive... but the first time I told a close male friend I felt very nervous - I told him that I was afraid he would tell me off... his reply? "Why would I tell off anyone who wants to bring more boobs into the world??"
people so far have reacted so much bette than I expected. I have no problem telling anyone now and even ifI see from their faces that they don't approve, i don't care. The people who know me well wil approve because they know that it means a lot to me!!

but i now i dont care what people think now that i have boobs but before ba i did.
im sure everyone will support you hunni just like people have supported me.

Lol is it just me or are all my friends crazy? I told another male friend and his reply was: can I name them??? I am not even starting to tell you what stuff he is now coming up with!
Honestly hun, don't worry about telling people, they tend to have much better reactions then expected! Let us know how you get on with it!

Re: Confirmation and telling people.
Haha...when I told one of my male friends he asked if he could be the first to motorboat them.
I had no idea what this meant...so for the benefit of any of you who don't either:
"The act of pushing one's face in between two ample breasts, and rocking one's head side to side very rapidly while making a vigorous, lip-vibrating "brrr" sound."
But yeah...I pretty much told everyone, wasn't too bothered really!

Re: Confirmation and telling people.
Thanks for all that everyone,
It does make me feel more confident about telling people when i hear all your stories. I told another friend today and he said it was great news and he is there for me (he is gay, so it wasn't anything pervy)!!!!
