Hey Hun xx
Thanks for letting me look and sharing with us xx I think they look great hun, and they have done a great job of your incisions, however, I can sort of see what you mean xx they don't look a lot smaller though and it looks to me like that fullness you have in the top part of your boob will soften and drop much lower which will make them look much much fuller sweety xx
I totally agree with Katie, write to the company or surgeon but give it a few weeks for them to settle and drop into place. I think an uplift with overs always gives more boobage at the bottom of the boob if that makes sense hun so give it a little time for yours to settle xx
Try not to stare at them in the mirror too much like I did :badidea: you will start to overanalyze them hun xx
Thinking of you gorgeous

Thanks for letting me see .
I can see why you're a bit shocked if your surgeon said you'd be the same size as you were pre op.
I do think it's early days though, they have a lot of changes to go through yet and I think they'll fill out a bit.
They are really pert you have to be pleased with that!

Third time lucky! First message I typed for you, the computer froze and I had to unplug it, and the second message I just deleted!
Just wanted to say that I was sorry you are disappointed with the size of your boobs after your BA and uplift, and I was also sad to read that you had your BA as a pick up after your little boy was ill with cancer.
As the others have said, do give it time and the boobs should fill out and drop. Bumblebee said that things take longer to settle after an uplift. I haven't looked at your photos, but Katie said the boobs looked so good that if she were a bloke she would want to play with the new ones more than the old!
Don't feel bad about your feelings over the boobs! I feel mine are slightly too small and my ps, who I was happy with in every other way, should have advised me to go bigger. I also feel I should just be pleased with them as I am lucky to have had a BA and that everything went well.
Try not to be upset, hun, give it time, but if you are not happy in a few weeks, contact your ps and tell him how you feel.

tuttifruitibeck wrote:thanks cookie do you know how long these things take and if they said yes do you think they would let me have a diffrent surgeon
I think as others have said, you may at first be required to give your breasts time to settle and then see how you feel...
Once that's done, if you're still not happy, then you go through the complaints procedure, I can only speak as a client who has dealt with Transform, but I'm guessing most companies work along the same basis... I was given a decision within a week, but this went on months as I wasn't happy with the responses and we thrashed things out between us until we were both happy to settle.
In saying all of that though, you must state how you feel to your surgeon from the very start, don't wait, if you have concerns, have them logged. They may not be acted upon now and you may have to comply with what your company suggests at first, but stick with how you feel and state what your expectations were and are.
I'm unsure whether or not they would go with a different surgeon, you'd need a very good reason for one surgeon to take over the work of another, but if you no longer trust your surgeon, then you must stress this also (must say from seeing your pics though, that I think his work is exceptional!)
anyone who knows me allways relates to me as beeca boobs i feel like i lost a bit of my fun personality i know people prob think im overreacting but its just how i feel, my two yr old has got cancer in his eyes hes had chemo and one eye has been removed so i feel so shallow to get upset over something i paid for and brought on myself this reop was suppose to be a pick me up cos of all the cancer stuff but its turned into a nightmare x
I don't think you're shallow at all!!!!.... I don't think for one single moment it's wrong to want something for yourself, after everything that's gone on in your life, you deserve a treat! You and your family have all been through so much recently, it's totally understanderble how you're feeling :hug3:
Keep your chin up babe, sending a big hug for both you and your little man and hoping you both come through this difficult time very soon....
Good luck sweetness. xxx

Re: new pics bandages off, they are too small
Thanks for letting me look. Yes they do seem to look smaller at the moment, but I actually think they look great and even better now. They will drop and settle more yet, everything will still be very tight and compacted still. But honestly hun I think you have a fabulous pert pair!! I would voice your concerns with the company so that it's noted how you feel, in case when they're settled you still feel unhappy, but give them 3 months or so to settle and drop and I bet you'll feel so much happier, I know mine seem a lot bigger than they initially were, I really do think you've got a lovely result. Sending you a big xxx

Re: new pics bandages off, they are too small
Hiya Tutti!!
Thank you for sharing!!
Just had a peek, I think you have a fab result, I understand that you feel they are smaller, I think they are probably feeling lighter. Looking at pre-op pics. I would agree that uplift was needed (I am no expert) also, have no experience of big boobs, mine are smallish.
However, I think you have lots of settling to do, when that happens the shape will be a perkier, fuller boob than before. It is very eary days. I agree with other girls the need for you to express and discuss your concerns soon, and have explanations and assurance that what you expected will be achieved, when? and the process fully explained to you. Also, if it does not happen, where do you go from here? when?? You need to stress how the whole process has affected you emotionally.
You have no need to feel bad, you have had a long emotional journey and major surgery!!! Ladies here will offer any support and advice we can...we all need it at times!! Sharing is needed and it helps to know others understand and are here for you xx
I do believe you will have pleasant surprises with the final result, however, only you know what you wanted and agreed to. Personally, I think you will have much better boobies than pre-op.
Thinking of you...take it easy on yourself xxx

Re: new pics bandages off, they are too small
ah honey I really feel for you. did you discuss a bigger implant size with your surgeon? The difference in cc size is not massive so coupled with the uplift maybe this is why? Doesn't sound like it was explained to you quite as well as it should be tho. If you want to pm me your details I'd love to have a look for you. xx

Hiya hun, thanks for letting me see. I think we are so critical of ourselves and scrutinse them so much, they're looking really firm and pert and a really lovely natural size but looks like you have lots of changes to come and I bet you end up loving them!!! xxx

Re: new pics bandages off, they are too small
hia girls just to update you iv phoned the consultant today and she was very sympathetic and said she was going to phone hospital 1st thing mon morn she said there is a chance of sorting this, but i dont know whether she just said that as i was in floods of tears, she said its down to the surgeon if he wants to do it again but knows that they wont even look at it untill 3 months passes which i understand. she said i can see surgeon whenever i want (i live in swansea and he doesnt do clinics down here) i replyied im willing to travel anywhere just to show him whats happened. i went to see my nan today as i didnt want to face going out and i didnt want to stay in. i showed my nan and even my nan said they are much smaller but a nice shape which i agree with. i really hope i get this sorted but worried as surgeon didnt feel like i should be big but thats fine i atleast want to be same size. i cant believe iv gone through all this organisation with juggling the kids and everything for a result that i hate and yes i know they are a nice shape but i like and want having big boobs (dd). i tried one of my brason over my sports bra and my boobs didnt even fit the sides. honestly dont know what im going to do if he says no. everyone fingers crossed for tutti x x x thanks for all your lovely words i am taking them all on board

Re: new pics bandages off, they are too small
thanks for showing me the pics- I think they look lovely. they are smaller but the shape is much better and in my opinion they will look lovely in clothes with a decent bra and suit your frame. I think the surgeon made the right decision in doing the uplift.
If you are REALLY disappointed then I would try and get the surgeon to do a re-op although I should imagine you would have to pay for the new implants.
The cleavage you had in the bandages will be the cleavage you'll have in a decent bra and you they look pretty impressive!
I don't think you are vain- I'd have felt disappointed if my boobs were too big/too small because I had certain expectations.
I hope you get it sorted- please don't get down about it though because you still have a fab pair of boobies! xx

The bold I've highlighted is what you need to keep in mind....
Your resulting size is something yourself and your surgeon should have agreed on 'pre-op' your results aren't your surgeons sole decision, they can advice you and guide you but ultimately, the choice is YOURS and you stated you wanted to stay the same size and NOT go smaller, from what you've said, this was agreed between the two of you pre-op and that's what you paid for babe.
Don't forget to be absolutely clear and don't be swayed onto saying anything you may regret later, stand your ground hun and be sure you get what YOU want, you're paying for this hun and you should get as near to what YOU asked for as is possible. xxxx
Re: new pics bandages off, they are too small

Re: new pics bandages off, they are too small
Hi TFB,
I'm really sorry that you're feeling this way. I haven't seen your pics but i would definitely have a word with the surgeon if you feel that you are smaller than your pre op size because surely that's not right? Don't let him fob you off either....if he asks you to wait and see if they settle and drop for say 3 months, be firm and ask him when will he consider a re-op if they do not change. Thinking of you hun. xxx

Re: new pics bandages off, they are too small
I like you had ba with full mastopexy.....to replace my 500cc overs from my 1st ba back in 2004....
I didnt really want a lift, but he wasnt prepared to do an implant swap out as the results wouldnt be good enough....
I went with his suggestion, 350cc (ish) teardrop implants with mastopexy.....now i wanted to go slightly smaller.....what I actually recieved were the worst boobs known to man!!! i hated them...everything about them....size, shape...no fullness, i felt flat....hugely devastated...and 6 grand poorer for my trouble.....
I told my PS the lot....in a manner that said no....dont send me away with the "wait til they settle youl be delighted" crap....i despise them, not what i wanted and i want you to change them.....Now im 2wks post full aug re-do with implants I CHOSE.....dont give up love....its there job to ensure you are happy.....Could i take a peek please to give you an honest opinion?? thanks xxx
