bandages. ...
Hi,
The answer to this is probably just calling the clinic but wanted to pick your brains if I may.
On Wednesday my bandages are getting removed, a week and a half after my ba.
However they are starting to peel and losen quite a bit. The tops are intact as being held by the bra but its the bottom parts. Should I call the clinic to see if they will see me earlier or should I just wait till my appointment on Wednesday at 9.30am?

Id just wait, its only another day. Maybe if you've got some micropore or steri strips you can re-tape it? Just don't pull them off on your own, always stick more on top.

They're fine babe... If you have any micropore tape, you can just tape over the dressings to secure them back on, if you don't have any you can buy it in the chemist for a couple of pound and its always handy to have in.
Whatever you do though, don't remove any of the dressings. It will just disturb the wound whilst its healing and to enable you to get yourself the best possible scar, its best to just leave well alone and just tape over if you find they're peeling away babe. Xx

I after just to wait, mine were the same but it's nothing to worry about , like charli said it's only another day, it's good that they are still protecting your incisions but a little air is getting to them :) looking forward to seeing how you get on, my next check up is Wednesday also xx
