Re: Pre-op disappointment.
I KNEW I shouldn't could my chickens!!!!!
Just had a call from Alison the nurse at Transform and my bloods have again come back raised, only slightly though this time at 5.2 but enough for them to request a another test prior to op...
I told her my doctor has also done the test for me so I'll find out what her results are, just called docs who said results are normal!
Called Transform back who said they were very concerned as my results are fluctuating. First pre-op was 4.9 (normal) second was 5.6(high) and this one being 5.2 but if I can get a copy of naormal results from doc, they'll send those off....
AGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!

Re: Pre-op disappointment.
Hey pinky!.... No idea why they fluctuate hun, I wish I did so I could at knew what to do to keep them down.....
Doctor has said that my results have come back normal so theres no need for her to act on them... docs results were 4.9... If the surgeon is happy to accept those then we can go ahead as planned, if not, I have to do another test.

Re: Pre-op disappointment.
I feel like everything is going against this op happening at the moment hun.... I've all but given up on the 29th now.....
Re: Pre-op disappointment.
Hey lovely,
I'm not too sure of your story, think I've been away too long! But just wanted to wish you all the best with your results. If your GP's results are normal then that's all that matters.
Try not to worry yourself lovely, you'll have your re-op!
xx

That made me cry babe... not in a bad way, but it made me really look at meself and think, 'yeah! where is that girl!'.... my honest answer to that mia is... I just don't know...
Believe me, I fought bloody hard for this operation, stood up to surgeons, hard nosed clinic managers, doctors the lot, it really hasn't been easy to get here... and now.... Just as I thought all that had finished and I could finally see the light at the end of a very long tunnel, I get a chest infection (not good with my condition) and my bloods decide to cause havoc...
I'm putting it all out of my mind now though and preparing myself for the worse, if it doesn't happen now, it will happen when I'm well enough... so... 'all being well' the op WILL be on the 29th, if not... it'll be soon....
Thanks for the kick up the bum mia... needed that
