Boobs still hurt... is that normal?
Ok so its been about 3 ½ months now since my uplift with implants, had partial unders. My boobs still feel tender and the skin still slightly sensitive, do you think that its normal at this stage for them to still feel tender? Thinking about making an appointment to go back to ask my PS but thought I would ask you ladies first.

Hi SB!!
I think it is pretty normal, also, as you have more invasive surgery with the uplift. Sounds like the nerves and tissue is knitting back, and continues to do so for some months. I see no harm in making an appointment though, just to clarify and put your mind at ease.

Re: Boobs still hurt... is that normal?
I found I got lots of shooting pains around the 3-4 month time and it was just nerves knitting back together, cause I got feeling back in some of my numb spots. As mia said you have had a much more invasive procedure, so lots more healing for you. Hope it eases off for you.

I would speak to your PS honey just to check. You are healing well and like the others said unders plus a full uplift is going to be a longer haul recovery wise.

Ok, I phoned MyBreast yesterday and they have booked me in to see my PS in a month, thats the soonest that he can see my at Clare Park in Surrey, she did ask if I could travel to Highgate I could see him sooner, but I'm happy to wait as I really don't fancy travelling into London. Plus I'm hoping that in a month they will have settled and rounded off more and depending on what he says about the pain, he wont need to see me again as he did want to see me at 6 months. Gives my left nip another month to hopefully get some feeling aswell.
Thanks for the support girls x

Hope the appointment goes well Sarah and hopefully in the month you've waited your boobies will have eased up a little too
