ouch pain!
on thursday night i went out with my new housemates into manchester... i was wearing a new dress and wanted my boobs to doit justice! so i wore an underwired bra and hey presto.. CLEAVAGE!!
i was in no pain was unsure whether it would do any damage even tho i couldnt feel it then.
the past two days my incision sites have been very sore, ifi stretch my arm too much or lie on them it reallyyyyy hurts! even my sports bra is digging in a little and causing some mild discomfort.. it feels like a burning pain sometimes and others a little achy
is this normal or have i done this to myself????

Re: ouch pain!
I would say it's the underwire that's made you sore by rubbing your scars hun. As Natalia said maybe have a quick word with you ps. I'm sure you haven't done any lasting damage, but underwire can rub scars which could make the overall look of them worse in the long run as you are still in early stages of healing. Also, I know they're horrible but sports bra's help your new boobies settle in the correct position. Underwired (even if they are not push up bras) push them up and together a little bit which could cause them to settle in an unatural way. As you have only worn one once I am sure you'll be ok though.
Hope they are feeling better soon sweetie

Re: ouch pain!
I would keep your sports bra on night time too while you are experiencing the discomfort, this may help settle it down quicker, i agree with the others that this has been caused by the bra you wore out but as it was only once hopefully no damage has been done and you will be ok soon.
The cleavage is awesome in your Avatar pic hunni i must add!! x x

Re: ouch pain!
Defo do what your ps says. What's the point in possibly hurting them just for a night out. You will have plenty more nights out to wear nice bras.
Like SS said, keep the sports bra on for now.

Re: ouch pain!
Hi Ruth!!
Agree with other girls...too early for underwires, I would stick with sportsbra day and night untill advised by P.S. You have your whole life ahead to show them off, a few weeks of sportsbras is nothing. I would call P.S. and ask advice. You do look fab.. x

Hi Ruth,
I do agree with all the others but thought I'd have a go too!! Keep your sports bra on hun, I have a Royce one from my hospital which is super super comfy, maybe invest in one of these, they are the best.
