Sleeping upright!!! my sore botty....
Mmm I am struggling with my sleep.. I am supported by around 4 pillows and one massive cushion.. and I am still not at 90 degrees.. more like 45 and last night I had to lie down for a bit as I was sooo tired and soo uncomfortable.. I was thinking of sleeping on the sofa tonight.. does anyone have any tips for what is best to remain upright and not get a sore botty.
Oh and do you have to be upright 90 degrees or is 45 ok?
Mmmm sooo tired and cannot stop widdling in the night which is not helping...

Hi meqr!!
Looking great!!! Sleeping upright is to help with swelling, as long as your top half is raised higher than lower part of your body you should be fine. Perhaps a spare duvet under your bottom, also a pillow under your knees keeps you in that position, and takes the pressure off your bum and lower back.
Oh!! the journey is fab eh!! Well worth it though...sore bum and tiredness goes quick...Boobs stay with you xxxx
