Hi ladies :)

Its been a 3 years I think now since my surgery, but this last week I've been suffering with sore and tender breasts more the nipple area).

I am aware that in the year following my surgery I have lost weight and gone from a size large 8/small 10 to a size 6. This has made my implants more 'obvious'.

The last couple of days I've been wearing my sports bras during the day in the hope that this will help. I have always worn the sports bras at night as I find it uncomfortable if I don't.

Any ideas what might help? Or what may be causing it?

Hello!  Could it be to do with hormones?  I get this kind of thing going on about a week before my period and having the BA hasn't stopped it!  Fingers crossed its just a temporary thing and you'll be feeling better in a few days! x

My first instinct would be hormones. Is there any possibility of pregnancy? Are you on/have you changed a hormonal contraceptive?

If wearing your sports bra for a couple weeks doesn't help the pain, I would try and go back to speak to your surgeon so he can have a look and a feel. He'll be able to give you a better idea of where the pain is coming from.

Best of luck
