tender still
been 4 days now and happy with my new shiny disco balls but i still feel really tender and get twinges sometimes on one of my scars when i move. i have a chest strap on so chest is constantly tight and am trying to live day to day as normal as i can. how long has it taken u ladies to kinda get back to normal with very minimal discomfort? am i about right on track x

u r right on track hun, dont worry! try not to move you arms much so your muscles can recover quicker. I think it took me about a week before i felt pretty much normal again, but i didnt experience any pain tbh. one day u will prob wake up n feel fine! :) x

meme it took about 8 to 9 days for me to be completely pain free after unders but it gets easier each day. keep resting hun

thanks guys, i wouldnt say its painful but really tender, if i sit for too long my muscles seize then it hurts to get up and sleeping upright... well..... i dont know how u lot do it, i wake up every hour on the hour. hey ho. the price we pay for vainity ey xxx

i used to rub/massage the top of each boob very gently before I got out of bed or before standing, it seems to loosen the muscle a bit and stops it hurting so much xxx

Hey Hun! I was about to write a similar post to this! I'm 12 days post op and I'm still really tender on both breasts, and also the muscles under my armpits, I had overs too so wouldn't have thought I'd still be feeling so sore?! I'm such a worrier I think something is wrong! Xxx

i was quite tender for a while more discomfort than pain.from about 5 weeks i felt normal again.its alog drawn out process hunni but well worth it xxx
