Square when I lift my arms Empty Square when I lift my arms

Post by loui1981 26th March 2016, 9:12 am

My right breast has always been slightly higher. I had revision in Dec 14 and had a capsulotomy where my surgeon scored my capsule. Well I've notice when I flex my chest muscles or lift my arms that breastfeeding looks  an odd shape. My left looks fine but my right looks like a rectangle. Does anyone else have this?

I am going to speak to my ps Monday as I have 3 year aftercare until December. Even the bf can feel the one implant is harder than the other. Capsulotomy is seeming to be a bit of a temporary fix for me

Just created a new trail. They look good but I'm hoping they stay that way

Hi, don't have much to say re the square boob issue, just wanted to wish you all the best, hope it's nothing that can't be easily rectified. And if I may have a peep at your new trail please xx

It is a bit worrying if it has suddenly got harder but I do have one side harder than the other too - it just feels more dense and not as natural. At least u have good aftercare so hopefully you can get it sorted. Let us know what they say. I'd love to see trail of u don't mind too. Xx

I have just pmd link. Yes I am a bit confused as I'm wondering whether it's the one gone soft or the other gone hard at the moment. They still look good but the harder one has more upper pole and sits higher. I have booked an appointment to see my surgeon in may as I have aftercare until December x

You look so natural it's fantastic.
I see what you mean re the square ish shape with you raised arm, what does your left side look like with your arm raised, does it look the same? Does it ride as high? Do you have any pain?
It's good you've got an appointment to see your ps in next few weeks xx

Thanks I did wonder whether that implant was more under the muscle than subfascial?

The other one doesn't look like that when I lift my arm and I have no pain at all?

Just had a look!! They look great - you can't see any difference when your arms are down but I do see what you mean about it going a funny shape when you lift your arm. Definitely a question for the surgeon - fingers crossed it isn't anything sinister and you won't need a revision!!

You def look fab though! X

Thanks well we will see next month. I now they did a pocket revision last time and scored the capsule to release it when they changed my implants.  So iqrt maybe any number of things.... cc again as they didn't remove the scar tissue only scored it so it could have grown again... but then maybe the pocket is too tight.. I just hope it isn't cc again as that one is higher than the other which is another sign of cc.
