under my arms?

Hey girls so I know its early days but just looking for reassurance really...
I had my op 4 days ago and I really like the size but my boobs are literally under my arm pits and there doesn't feel like theres much in the middle at all! Im hoping they just haven't dropped into the pocket yet?
Starting to get some feeling back in my boobs/ nipples though which is good :)

don't panic!! On day 4 and 5 my boobs were so swollen they were up to my shoulders and under my arms! you are still really early on and there will be swelling going on under your strapping.

Getting feeling back is a really positive sign too. xx

ok thanks girls! I know its early, just was a bit worried as it doesn't feel like any of the implant is in the centre of my chest! But I know theres still lots of changing to do:)
yeh the feeling coming back makes them feel a little less alien!!! xx

Its going to take a few months before they drop into the pockets. That plus the swelling can make for some very wide boobs! Give it time and they'll soften and come together.

at the moment they will be swollen and sitting up and wide apart and yes feeling like they're going half way round your back!

As they start to drop and begin their decent they will lower and come together , x

Okay phewwww, I thought it was normal just wanted to check... bearing in mind my surgeon did say I would have a wide cleavage but hoping its not this wide hhaa! xx

Mine are the opposite Hun mine are quite close together but still high, hard x can't wait for them to soften a little, I don't think they are as big as what I was expecting either x

I think it all depends on the person, but I assume once they soften and relax they will fall into a better place :) how you feeling today? xx

They can be all over the place when they start to drop too ,each boob has had its own op so don't be surprised or alarmed if one drops sooner than the other making them look real wonky, they both get there in the end... the joys of having a BA ...lol X

Mine are still wonky with my left has dropped and right is still high. They get there eventually. Xx

aw thats pretty normal and most of it is swlling

just think though its cause your not used to having anything at all

i still brush my arm past my boobs and think oh yeah its my boob lol xx

Haha yeh it's really weird getting used to having boobs! Exciting though! Think I did a bit too much today cause aching a bit now but my friends puppy was round (8 week old French bulldog) so I had to play haha xx

I'm feeling much better thanks Hun x it's so weird as I had such big implants I was expecting to be huge but they are not, well I don't think so anyway I'm really hoping for an E cup at least after the swelling has gone xxx

Hmm hopefully they come together! Glad you're okay, I think we still have lots changing to go! I feel all bruised in my ribs today think its from drains! I'm so excited for the 6 week mark and being able to wear bras xxxxx

I know I just need to be patient xx think I need to invest in a different sports bra though, my 32e &34e seem to squash me & it's a bit uncomfortable tbh, so not sure if that's doing my twins any good, my macom is ok but just need a different one to change into x oh poor you Hun, thankfully haven't had much pain only taking meds at bedtime, as by the end of the day they are hard & tender xx hope you feel better soon xx I know what you mean about 6 week mark I keep looking at bras & bikinis on the internet xxx

Yeh so hard to be patient isn't it! Me too as my surgeon doesn't like macoms so need to find a different main sports bra! Bought one in a size small the other day and could not even get it over my boobs hahah think I'm forgetting I have boobs now!! That's good my pain hasn't been bad but today I feel sore but should be fine especially when strapping comes off! Same I've saved so many in my favourites on the Internet haha xxx
