My breakdown is as follows - sorry I was slightly wrong - the surgeon gets a bit more than I thought but still not as much as I expected!
Bilateral Breast Augmentation
Hospital fee   £2,085
Surgical fee   £1,500
Anaesthetist  £   500
Total               £4,085

I also paid £150 for the consultation so £4,235 in total xx
