Yes, My ps has invoiced me seperatly to pay him then a sperate bill from the hospital. i thought it was a bit strange. x

I always wondered how much of the money do they get. If you don't mind could I ask. Me and my husband have spoke a lot about this. Wondered if he is freelance x

Hiya - I've had to pay seperately too.  My PS cost under £1000 and the rest is for the hospital and anesthetist - the PS's don't get as much as you think they do! x

I paid the hospital separately to the surgeon too- paid the hospital £900 (included an overnight stay). Not sure whether the anaesthetist fees/meds were included in this bit or the surgeon's bit.
