Anyone gone with either of these sizes? I have my second consultation tonight and I'm so unsure what to go for...

Not had these sizes, but best thing to do is try the sizers on, take pictures too so you can refer back to them, and see which feel the best on your frame.
Good luck

Have you done the rice test? I panicked over my sizes after seeing some of the girs avis who were having same size and some looked too big or too small. So i've learnt sizes look different on everyone. so like twinky says try on the sizers again and take pictures. Do the rice test then you can wear these around the house and see how you feel.

Sizes are going to come out completely different on every one, so it'll be personal to you. As the ladies have suggested, try on some rice boobs. If you can, do a day in 180, a day flat, a day in 200 etc... Take lots of pics of you in a white vest (shows them off best) and spend the day doing what you normally do so you can get a real feel for how you interact with them. Its really only 4 tablespoons between the sizes though, so its what you feel most comfortable with.

I have tried the rice test but as I also need an uplift it's really hard to know what it will be like as I have so much excess saggy skin

Ah, I see. Rice isnt really very accurate then. Have you looked up the implant dimensions? Size, diameter, projection (height). There might be MM in it. The best question to ask is would you rather wake up too small or too big? 40CC isnt much...but it could be the difference of a cup size.

I would rather wake up too small than too big. Will see if I can find some more specific measurements
