I got my operation on Thursday on Saturday my boyfriend is taking me out for a nice meal so it is 9 days after my op is this to soon to drink alcohol?
I don't plan on having sex this weekend but any idea how long you should wait?

Alcohol should be 2wks minimum, but a glass won't kill you. Anything that thins the blood should be avoided in these first healing stages. As for sex, as soon as you feel ready. Just be sure to keep your bra on, and no man-handling!

I know I just didn't feel attractive enough for sex until about 4 weeks but that's down to the individual. And I echo charlii on the drinking xxx

I don't drink very often so can't comment on that one, bedroom activities resumed gently from 2 weeks for me, just boobs off limits, still are until 6 weeks (which is this Friday, hubby is on the count down lol) xx
