How long before the op would you reccomend drinking I dont't just mean a few glasses of wine but actually going a night out?

Re: alcohol
I was advised from my pre-admission paper which you can read [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] not to have any alcohol for 48 hours prior to admission, but some clinics go as far as to suggest no alcohol for 2 weeks prior to admission... For your own reassurance, I'd personally just give your own clinic a quick call and ask them what their policy is. Just so you know you've abided by their instructions for 'you' hun. Xx
Re: alcohol
Hi Adele49704 at my pre op they said no drink 5 days before my op but if you are planning a big night I would say a week or so before best give your clinic a call :) x

Re: alcohol
Probably for the best Adele. Nothing is worth compromising your healing is there and there will be plenty of nights out after your healing and you'll enjoy lol enjoy them so much more then too 'cos you have new boooooobiiiiiiies! xx
Re: alcohol
I was told 2 weeks before but had a party to go to 10 days prior... Spoke to my nurse in pre op check and she said should be fine but maybe not go mad (ie shots etc) I just stuck to my usual rum and cokes :-) xx
