Rippling
Hi ladies,
Has anyone experienced rippling. Is it to early to tell if I have rippling at 10 days in. I have noticed what looks like rippling on my leftie upper pole, I can see it and feel it or is it just my tissue settling??
Any advice is grateful xx

Hmm, it's defo not just from your bra, or support like making marks?
I'm not sure but they will still be very tight, swollen and stretched so maybe once it subsides, his will settle down.
But omg, fabolous avi!

Re: Rippling
I would think it's highly unlikely this early on, as they're still very tight, stretched and full. Remember, there is still swelling and fluids surrounding them at the moment, so it could be this you're feeling. Rippling tends to show up once the implant has softened and is more fluid. You're too box fresh for that at the moment.

Re: Rippling
Have just had a good read op on silimed's website re rippling and apparently furries are supposed to reduce risk of rippling. Just panicing

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.], for what it's worth, my PS assured me that furries have very little risk of CC and rippling.

Re: Rippling
Every implant has the risk of rippling because they are essentially a liquid, albeit in gel form. Furries are meant to reduce this, but there is still the chance of it happening. Also, if you're bending forward, everyone gets rippling! It's like having a bag full of water, full in its natural state sat on a surface, but if you picket it up, there will be small ripples. But that's a perfectly normal thing to happen, it's only when you're upright and it's visible should you worry.

Re: Rippling
There would be something you can do. If it was the. Your surgeon would need to do something about it if it's clearly visible while standing. Xx

Re: Rippling
I'll be 4 weeks post by the time I see him so swelling should be almost gone if not completely. Really hoping it's just tissue healing. If not I'll chat with him at appointment and go through what he can do to sort it. I really don't fancy surgery again so soon. I'm going to think positive for the time being xx

Re: Rippling
I wouldn't worry too much at this point honestly just concentrate on your healing x I doubt it is rippling. I'm not sure others will agree but we don't see it as commonly as before with the new types of implants. Back with the partial fill cuis there was rippling as the bag was wrinkled as it was partly filled. Most now are more form stable as they are the gummy bear type. I had rippling with my first implants that were cuis. I think it's too early for all the swelling to be gone yet

Re: Rippling
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] I do hope so, it's on both boobs now at the top when just standing and round the sides when I lean forward, on top it's worse when I lean forward. I cant help worrying about it but have put it to the back of my mind as much I can till I see PS on Friday. The edge of implant is also very visable on my cleavage line so I'm hopeful it's all the healing process. Other than that they are dropping and starting to get a little softer and that's what I'm focusing on :-). Thank you for your advise xxx

Re: Rippling
I can see you are about 3 weeks op. I just remember being so worried about rippling that I couldn't stop checking and would rush off to the toilets in work to examine and check. Can you see it or feel it? I could take a look if you have a trail if you think it's visible. I aldi found when the capsule forms around the implant it doesn't reduce rippling a little I'd that's what it is. I still have a little under my left but it isn't visible. Are your implants gummy bear style? Do they wrinkle when upright when they aren't in?

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] I'm Pm'd my details.
I can feel and see it standing, worse when leaning. I don't know about when warring a bra and I can't see while wearing my surgical or m&s bras. In my pictures it does look as bad as in real life but you can see it xx
