Rippling?
I was just leaning over near a mirror (without bra or top on), and noticed the side of my boob looked a bit bumpy...and it felt a bit bumpy too. i turned and looked on the other side - same thing. Is this rippling? I was hoping i would have avoided this with unders? You can't see it at all when i am upright, so i guess it is mostly only something visible to me, but its bugging me!!

Re: Rippling?
Hey hun, pre BA so not a lot of help sorry, but just wanted to say your Avi looks lovely!
Also I think I've read other ladies saying they can feel/see their implants to some extent when leaning forward, so maybe it's pretty normal. Hope someone more experienced can put your mind at rest xx

Re: Rippling?
Ah, thanks Ellie :)
Maybe it is unavoidable to not see or feel them in someway...my husband just said "just think about where you came from pre ba, and be happy with what you have got" lol - i am so self critical and never happy lol!

Re: Rippling?
Rippling when leaning forwards is VERY common and VERY normal Jodi. I wouldn't worry about it hun. MANY women when leaning forwards can 'feel' some degree of rippling to either the inner side cleavage area or to the outside of the breasts. As long as the rippling isn't unsightly then surgical intervention wouldn't even be considered for this babe.
A surgeon would only consider surgical intervention if the rippling was visible and in areas which would look unsightly and ruin the aesthetic look of your bombs babe. Xx

Re: Rippling?
Hi cookie thanks for the info. Reassuring to know it's common. It is on the outside of my boobs. We can but strive for perfection eh?!

Re: Rippling?
Lol, we can indeed.
I think its very important when having a BA to know that although we may all strive for it, it can really only exist in the eyes of the beholder... And as long as you're happy... Then your boobs will be perfect 'for you' xx

Re: Rippling?
I have it too Jodie , on the outside. I was in shock about it too. It's improved as my boobs changed over time. I don't take any notice of it now, same thing, when I lean forward xxx it is rather common. Xx

Re: Rippling?
Well said too Jodie xx I sometimes feel guilty or worry that I may look smug when I put on positive posts, but when I think back to what I had before, I just love them. I have some rippling, a scar that's purple , a nipple higher then the other( pre op) and one bigger then the other, nothing like some of the problems other women have faced on here, but I love them so much x

Re: Rippling?
Awwww don't ever feel that way Jakki - you should be shouting it from the roof tops and we LOVE hearing how happy you are!
Yes, there are women on here that are having a real bad time of things and sometimes it can be hard to read how happy women are after their surgery. I know hun, I was one of those women... But women like you also give them hope! Hope that one day they'll feel just as you do lovely and we are here to support each and every woman here through the bad times.... And also through the good
