Re: care work with new boobs
Sometimes longer for lifting heavy weights, I was told I could resume light excersise from 6 weeks, but had to wait 2-3 months before lifting very heavy weight.
Your PS will be the best one to advise.

Re: care work with new boobs
hiya hunny, i used to do care work too and know how hard it can be at times and yes some of them can be pretty heavy even with help.
like roxy said for that type of work really you want to wait until at least 8/10 weeks tbh.
light lifting is fine after 6 but you are still not back to completely normal hun and there is still alot of healing going on.
