overs or unders?
Hello, I m trying to decide if it's best to go under or above the muscle. One of my consultation doctor does ONLY over the muscle for safety reason... But I thin 5.5 and 110 and I would like a 371 cc silicone. ... Do they drop a lot ?? I don't want that.. I breastfeed and lost lots of volume in the top... I m afraid of dropping eve more with the time... Any advices or experience ??

Hiya, I think its down to the surgeon to advise you best on that unless you was obviously given the choice to pick. All depends on what you've already got i think? Maybe go for a few more consultations and see what they say? x

Re: overs or unders?
Hi! I've split your post into a new thread, as that one was very old.
When we say dropping, we don't mean sagging, it's just when the implant drops into the pocket and settles into its correct position. There'll be sagging over time, like a normal breast, but if you get the right surgeon, implant, placement, this can be delayed for years.
If your surgeon 'only' does overs, get a new surgeon. He's only doing what he's good at, not what's best for your body. Shop around and get at least 3 opinions. It may turn out that overs are the best placement for you, but you need to be sure.

I agree with above. Definitely get more opinions!!
I had under and was told by 3 surgeons I would have to go under.
All boobs will drop and if you have any droop at the moment there are different implant types for this too :) x
