I'm back from my girlie holiday!!!
Hi girls! :ghug:
I am back and ready to get started on my consults! Had a brilliant time in Ayia Napa and told the girls of my boobie plans - they were all very excited for me!!! Yeyy!! As I've said before I've never been one to keep things quiet so I knew I would tell them! I couldn't contain myself!
I've always gone topless when i can on holiday because I hate white marks and I have always been quite paranoid about it and this year was worse in a way (maybe as it's my first "single" holiday in 5 years!) - If I was sunbathing with my eyes closed and a group of guys nearby cracked up laughing I instantly thought they were laughing at my exposed "fried eggs" and would get up to see if they were looking! How paranoid is that!? It reconfirmed my reasons for deciding to go ahead with this anyway. I made sure no topless pics went up on Facebook either because I would die if anyone back home saw them!
Looking forward to talking more with you all and looking through more interesting posts!
It's good to be back! xxx

Glad you had a lovely holiday ... Wish I had the guts to go topless. Now's your chance to get researching. You'll get loads of info off here but also if you google you can find some great pics too. X

Glad you had a great holiday hun, very brave of you to go topless, I did it once and covered up after about 5 minutes! Too self conscious I guess. Only had my new boobies for a day and a half but already think it's something I would do now. Who you got your consults with? xx

Re: I'm back from my girlie holiday!!!
Thanks girls, yes we all had a brilliant time! MMy only complaint is that it went too quickly!
Well I've shortlisted surgeons whom I've heard prefer the natural/in proportion look and whom I've heard a lot of good things about etc...
Mr Kazazzi (MYA)
Mr Adamo (MYA)
Simon Withey (MB)
Stephen Hamilton (MB)
Mr Russo (Transform)
Barbara Lutz (Transform)
CC Kat (Private - BMI/Spire)
Does anyone think this is too many to go and see for consults bearing in mind I would have my initial consult with a PC first?
xXx

Re: I'm back from my girlie holiday!!!
It could be confusing unless you are a very organised person and a good decision maker, however, choice is good totery and get the best possible outcome for you all round.
I did not have a P.C., personally that would not fit with me.. P.S. or nothing...I knew what I wanted and expected from someone, I was employing for such a big life event and personal service is top of my list. I wanted a very natural outcome from a a surgeon I knew would provide just that. We are all different kellie...you should go with what 'feels' right for you. I wish you well xxx

Glad you had a great holiday hunny x
Best of luck with your consults x I agree with Mia, Could get confusing and could be too much choice if you know what I mean......When I have loads of choices I can't seem to decide sends me a bit funny, however some people like to have lots of choices, so all depends on you sweetness

Re: I'm back from my girlie holiday!!!
Thank you WSB - you must be so nervous and excited about next week!!! AHHH!
I have just booked two consults in for August - one of which is with SH at MB so I'm really looking forward to meeting him as I have heard such positive things about his work!
What are your stats out of interest?

Hey Kay, thanks - i really enjoyed myself... it felt rather different being on a girly holiday where I didn't have to ring/think about/talk about the OH every five minutes - could get used to this single life! ha ha!
Yeah I'm with you, I can be very indecisive when it comes to something very important... After doing even more research today it's surprised me how many of my shortlisted surgeons aren't on the BAAPS register... So i need to think long and hard about how important that is to me now. My first thought is that I'm not really much of a risk taker - deciding on getting my boobs done has taken me years - so I need to assess the risks of going with a surgeon who is not BAAPS approved I suppose!
Thanks for your reply xXx
