how long after BA would you say it's ok to go on holiday and be able to swim and sunbathe?

You'd have the best holiday probably 6 months after hun when the skin has had time to relax and you can sunbathe worry free in your bikini (keeping scars fully covered though, they must not be exposed to the sun for at least 1 year because of the risk of pigmentation 'scar going brown').

If you wanted to go sooner then I'd personally say anytime after 3 months, you've generally barring any complications had the all clear to ditch the sportsbra then and you may have to cover your boob area because the skin may be a little sensitive from being stretched and will likely burn, but other than that you'll be back to normal babe. Xx

im only just not long out a sports bra and im also waiting on my left implant dropping so im glad ive went at around 6 month post op but we are all very diff xx

I'm booked for 5 months post op exactly, no sunbathing tho, although cookie would micropore tape over my scars stop them getting sun exposure just in case? Xx

Littlewellies that total sunblock i was given up my surgeon is supposed to be amazing. he normally gives it to his patients who he has done cleft palate revision on as thats on their facecand gets the sun xx
