Her I am again..... 4th time since October but just so grateful for getting another stab at getting the boobs I wanted, grateful that my surgeon has been brilliant, grateful for comprehensive aftercare. 
He's taking in 280/320/360 medium profile allergan anatomicals. Will report back from the other side xx

Thank you lovely ladies, wonderful to wake up to all that support. All went really well, have drains which is yuck but although my surgeon doesn't use them he felt all the scar tissue from. 3 previous ops would be helped by them. Most exciting news is now have 360s!!!!! Very happy girl xx

Great news! I had drains for my BA. Don't worry, I personally think they are a good thing and my surgeon believes they help reduce infection risk!

Thank you everybody, I feel such relief. Will upload my picture trail so I can share the calamity of lift/ double bubble/ revision/ infection/ explant now new ones!! It's a useful catalogue for anyone lol!!!!! Shall actually attempt an AVI now finally like my boobs, though minus the drains which are the next things to go thank god.
On drains, where does all that stuff go if you don't have drains, the body re absorbes ? Xx
