I've booked... Now im scared!!
Well I cant believe I've actually booked my BA for 20th July this morning! I feel totally different than I did when I was thinking of booking..I was happy and excited that it was going to happen soon , now that I've booked it im feeling scared, doubting everything, having second thoughts and wondering if I've done the right thing :/ i actually feel shaky and sick and feel like crying! I feel so silly....i didn't expect to feel like this as it's something ive wanted for soooo many years so thought id be feeling excited that it's finally happening! :/ xx

Congratulations! Don't forget to add it to the calendar forum so we can wish you luck on your day.
What you're feeling is totally normal, it really is an emotional rollercoaster. Try not to think about it too much, and get yourself organised for the big day. Not long to go!

Re: I've booked... Now im scared!!
Congratulations and get reading to prepare yourself for your big day. I felt exactly the same when I booked, and when I had to pay and sign it all, it really hit me and I questioned whether what I was doing was right.
But I have been thinking about it so long, it others me on so many levels that I knew it was right my hubs and family were supportive so this made it easier.
Good luck, and use the forum to your advantage, it's a real wealth of knowledge, both prep and post op!
Take care xx

Hi, congratulations. It's perfectly normal to feel like that and I think it's the feeling of it all becoming so real. You have to remember the reasons of wanting your ba. I think a lot of us feel like this. Try and enjoy the build up and think how much confidence you will have xxxxx

Congratulations on booking your op!
As others have said what your feeling is completely normal , it all becomes so much more real once you have booked & got your date. Have a read. through some of the boob job diaries you may find these help.
I put of my BA for years because of worries about this n that & what if's , turned out all my worries were completely unfounded & my only regret is waiting for so long.

Yay!!! We will be boobie twins!!! I can honestly say I felt EXACTLY the same as you, so very nervous and worried and thinking I was crazy even contemplating this surgery and I felt panicky and sick too, I had a major wobble for several days. You'll feel fine about it soon, your fears will turn into a huge bubble of excitement!!
Excited for you :-) Shona xx

Re: I've booked... Now im scared!!
Congratulations Julie! It's exciting (and terrifyin) all at the same time! But good on you! I booked mine in April for September and omg! I was bouncing up and down for a week and then after tht I have done nothing but stress and panic, and then go back to being excited!
I have done more reading, research, and flicked through hundreds of boob pictures and got a little obsessive over it! Think I might be getting pre op blues!
Hope you are feeling better though as the big day gets closer! It will start to sink in a bit more! Best of luck xx
