burning in left breast

Hi, its been a while since ive been on, but i think ive got a problem in my left breast, well both really, my left breast has a burning sensation which is now starting to become really uncomfy, i often wake up in the night and its hurting and i have to sort of move my boob around to get comfy, has any one else had this? i had my boobs now over 2 years, also they are sagging which looks horrid, im gonna make a appointment with my plastic surgeon and go back to see what he has to say, but i would like any advice from you all here please,

Was thinking this could possibly be capsular contracture but burning sensation makes me think more nerve related ? Only suggestions on what I would be wanting ruled out if in your position, but only your surgeon G.P will be able to diagnose what it could be on examination etc as they are the experts, so do make that appointment to get yourself checked out.

I couldn't say what, but it definitely indicates an issue. I'd get in and see your surgeon asap, and try to get a scan organised in case of rupture. Hope alls well.
