oh wow, what a difference wearing a bra that suits you makes!

Love love love the Triumph Fitness bra. Within 20 minutes of trying it on tonight I can even feel my back ache easing, and my boobs feel so supported, yet it's really low cut at the front.

It's front fastening too so easy to get on. Can't recommend it enough for those ladies that don't need a high impact sports bra (my surgeon just said I was to wear any soft bra didn't matter whether it was high impact or not). It's advertised as being for Medium level of activity.

I'm still not quite fitting it out properly as my boobs are yet to drop into place but I finally feel comfortable.... Hope it lasts :-) I will add a picture to my picture trail if anyone wants to see what it looks like.

Now to find it in black ..... Lol xxx

This one?

That does look comfy! Might look into that for lounging!

Are you finding your nipples are a bit baggy? That's what I found with my first triumph, I got the triaction extreme at about 3m to try running again. Because they hadn't yet fluffed and were still quite rounded I found that although the bra fit fine, it was just a little loose around the nip because it didn't settle in the same liquid kind of way that it does now they're softer.

I can't click the link Hun but that looks like it, they haven't got the black in my size and I can't find one anywhere, think they may be discontinuing it, so I might buy another in white while they still have them lol. Could really do with a black one though :-/

Yeh all my bra's are still a bit baggy in the cup as they haven't dropped yet, I'm waiting patiently though lol xxx

Muddypaws so pleased that you are feeling comfortable now! Great news. Funny how I never would have realised the significance of a good bra before as it didn't matter not having anything to put in one.
Looking forward to bra shopping, even just for sports bras!! Xx

Its crazy isnt it. Im really pleased to say i think i turned that corner yesterday. Im feeling now how I would have expected to feel a week after the op if you know what I mean.... finally starting to feel like im recovering. And the boobie pains now feel like healing pains - the good type! Trying really hard not to over doo anything as I dont want to end up back at square one again. Im sleeping better and the back ache is finally starting to ease :-)

Im still taking just 1 codeine during the afternoon at work as by lunch my boobies have had enough and are going like rock, but ive always struggled a bit from back ache at my desk at work so im guessing thats why, leaning forward typing all day I think.

Im obsessed with sports bra's at the moment - I have about 10 I bought before the op that dont fit me lol, gonna have to get them on ebay soon and try and get a bit of money back lmao

Brilliant! That really has made all the difference. Keep taking the painkillers as long as you need to.
I'm going to work on Saturday to do overtime as they are drowning but still going to keep next week off too. Need to make sure I'm fit for my date with Take That!!
I am a bit nervous about going back to work as everyone knows so will feel like a bit of a zoo animal on my first day back. So hopefully there will be quite a lot of people in on Saturday so I can ease myself in informally!!
I'm desk based too but got a new chair recently which is miles better than my previous one so hopefully that will stand me in good stead xx

Aww, good luck going back to work - at least going in for 1 day will just get it out of the way - then when you go back properly it will have taken a bit of the pressure away.
