Triumph
Went into triumph today to have a look at the sports bra as know a few on here have recommended. Told the lady I was only ten days PO and she more or less refused to measure me and told me how I should not be wearing a high impact sports bra. I thanked her for advice and told her my surgeon advised it and she wouldn't have any of it and started telling me to go to asda to get a crop top. I just walked out without even looking at the bra! Maybe one day I'll go back and get to actually try it on haha. I went straight into Victoria secrets after and cheered myself up looking at all the gorgeous bras I will soon be able to wear. Also, I bought the pack of two medium impact sports bras from marks and they are lovely and really supporting.

Re: Triumph
I could understand if she just didn't feel comfortable to touch your new boobs but who is she to say what you should and shouldn't be wearing! Good job Victoria secret was close by :-) xx

Re: Triumph
Personally I would put a complaint in. That's no way to treat a paying customer let alone dishing out inappropriate AND wrong advise.
Phone the manager tomorrow hun and explain what happened. You never know you may get some money off vouchers or discount if you go back in x

Re: Triumph
Mrs Ball is right you should put in a complaint what if another girl goes in and listened to her you will always get one xx

Re: Triumph
I had similar experience in boux avenue (trafford centre), just after I had been measured in bravissimo (6 weeks post op) I just wanted them to check the size was ok and see how their bras compared to bravissimo.

Re: Triumph
Yes definitely complain. It's one thing just saying no but telling you what to wear after an op is wrong x

Re: Triumph
Thanks girls I thought I was being sensitive but she was really stroppy. It was really surreal she kept ignoring the words 'but my surgeon said' in the end I just felt embarrassed so left. I will e mail customer services tomo. X
Yes dayzee it's the pack of two medium impact, think they were £19:50, I'm finding hem more comfy than the zip front Xx
