Re: Triumph sports bra...
As far as I was told from my surgeon you need a high impact sports bra and that is a low impact one, although I am sure they have a high impact version x

If your surgeon said sports bra then I'd assume you'd need support. What did he/she say u should get? X

Re: Triumph sports bra...
Has your surgeon specified what he wants you in? If he's said sports bra, then no, this is no good. Its a low impact and wont provide the correct support. If you're after a triumph, you want an high impact:

This is what I use for running in, but most in their high/extreme range should do the trick, as long as you stay away from wires.
As for size, I'd say stick with a 32 and get extenders if you're going for a back fastener. That will allow for the swelling and then remove it when it goes down. I find they come up a tad tight, so a 32 is probably ok. One thing I will say for the cups though, immediately post op, as they are very round and high, they might not sit in the cup properly, and you may have some bagginess under the breast where its not 'falling' into place. A 'D' could be a good size though.

Re: Triumph sports bra...
I drove myself nuts looking at sports bras as you just don't know how much boobs or band is going to swell so ended up getting the macom and will get a sports bra when the swelling has gone down a bit atleast then no need to guess or mess around getting refunds :-) x

Re: Triumph sports bra...
Yes babe I agree with what everyone else has said. That bra doesn't look supportive at all.. Go for a triumph triaction extreme if you can and like Charlii says buy back extenders for any swelling you have immediately after your op. I went from a 32 to a 38 bandsize due to swelling so I had to buy an alternative bra one day after my op as my others were inches from fastening hahaha..
Happy shopping, honey!! I bet you're getting excited now :) xxxxxxx

If you've got yourself a macom, it might be worth sticking with that for a couple of weeks until the swelling goes down, then going to get fitted into a sports bra.
